Code is the automation engine where agents and integrations get built. Most companies only ever adopt Chat, which is why most companies see modest returns.
Is our data safe with Claude?+
Anthropic does not train its models on business-tier customer data, and enterprise plans carry SOC 2 Type II compliance. The bigger practical risk is a sloppy rollout — over-broad permissions, no review gates. Security configuration is part of our implementation, and every agent keeps a human approval step on outbound actions.
