Claude Implementation

We implement Claude
for your business.

Not a pilot. A working AI operation — wired into your systems, running real work, managed by us.

30 days

to your first working agents

90 days

to a full deployment

100%

human review before anything sends

Buying licenses takes ten minutes.Implementation is everything after.

Anthropic's partner directory is built for enterprises with enterprise budgets. If that isn't you, those firms aren't built for you.

We built this practice for the companies they leave out.

What we actually do

Four moves, one owner.

01Week 1

The readiness audit

A readiness audit of your functions, data, and tools. You get a deployment plan before anything is installed.

02Week 2

We wire it into your stack

Workspace, seats, permissions, and governance — then Claude connected to your CRM, email, calendar, and docs.

03Week 4

Your first agents go to work

Real workflows running: content in your voice, sales signals, CRM hygiene. Every action passes a human review gate.

04Ongoing

We operate and evolve your system

Your team learns to build on what we deploy. We handle the operating: tuning agents against real results and keeping your setup current with every Claude release.

Claude is three products.
Most companies only ever use one.

Knowing which one carries which workflow is half of what an implementation partner is for. Open each to see when it earns its place.

+

Claude Chat

Everyone's daily assistant. Where adoption starts.

When you'd use Chat

A person needs a thinking partner: drafting an email or proposal, summarizing a call, researching a prospect, working through a decision. This is the fastest habit to build — most teams are using Chat daily within the first week.

+

Claude Cowork

Shared workspaces where Claude works alongside your team.

When you'd use Cowork

The work lives in shared files and projects: a proposal the whole team edits, a campaign workspace, a recurring report. Claude sits inside the workspace with your team instead of inside one person's private chat.

+

Claude Code

The automation engine. Where the agents get built.

When you'd use Code

The work should happen without a person driving: agents that watch sales signals, draft content on a schedule, keep the CRM clean, move data between systems. This is the layer we build and operate for you — no engineers required on your side.

The agents that write our content, watch our pipeline, and clean our CRM are the same system we deploy for you.

You are hiring the operator of a live Claude deployment, not a strategy deck.

Questions buyers ask

Who can implement Claude for my business?+

Three kinds of providers: large system integrators who serve enterprises, AI development agencies who build custom software but rarely run it afterward, and specialist firms like Flywheel who stand Claude up inside growing businesses and operate it as a managed service. Without an enterprise budget or an in-house engineering team, the specialist route is usually the only one that fits.

How long does it take to set up Claude for a company?+

The audit takes 2-3 weeks. First working agents go live within 30 days of kickoff. A full sales-and-marketing deployment runs about 90 days to steady state, with human review on every output from day one.

What does it cost to implement Claude for a business?+

A monthly subscription billed on usage credits: Launch at $5,000 per month for a managed sales and marketing deployment, Scale at $10,000 per month adding customer success and operations, and a custom Command tier for full-org deployment. Phase 0 is included in onboarding. Claude seat licenses from Anthropic are billed to you directly, typically $30-150 per user per month.

Do I need developers on staff?+

No — that is the point of hiring an implementer. We build and operate the technical layer while your team works in tools they already know. Ron built Flywheel's entire agent platform without writing code by hand, and that is the same approach we deploy for clients.

Should I use Claude Chat, Cowork, or Code?+

Usually all three, in stages. Chat is every employee's daily assistant and where adoption starts. Cowork is where teams collaborate with Claude on shared files. Code is the automation engine where agents and integrations get built. Most companies only ever adopt Chat, which is why most companies see modest returns.

Is our data safe with Claude?+

Anthropic does not train its models on business-tier customer data, and enterprise plans carry SOC 2 Type II compliance. The bigger practical risk is a sloppy rollout — over-broad permissions, no review gates. Security configuration is part of our implementation, and every agent keeps a human approval step on outbound actions.
