Do I need to be on HubSpot to use Flywheel's approach?+

No, but HubSpot is the default UI we deploy against because it is where most B2B revenue teams already work. The agents themselves run on Anthropic's Claude infrastructure. We have also deployed against Salesforce, custom-built front-ends, and direct-to-data-warehouse configurations.

How long does a cross-functional deployment take?+

30 to 60 days from signed engagement to production. The first two weeks are discovery and architecture. The next two are build and wire. The remaining four weeks are gradual agent rollout with human-in-the-loop review on every output.

Which functions should I deploy agents in first?+

Most clients start with marketing (Brand Voice Engine + Content Agent) because the volume of content makes the ROI obvious fastest. Sales is second (Signal Agent + Outreach). CS and Ops layer in once the first two are running cleanly. Finance is usually last because data integration with accounting systems takes longer. The order can flex based on where your biggest operational pain is.

What does it cost?+

Current pricing is on our pricing page. The model is a fixed platform fee plus a per-function deployment fee that scales with the number of functions in scope. The Phase 0 audit is a fixed-scope, two-week diagnostic and is priced separately.

Can I run this with my existing AI tools instead of replacing them?+

Yes. The agent infrastructure orchestrates whatever AI tools you already use rather than replacing them. We have layered cross-functional agents on top of Jasper, Gong, Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot Breeze, and others. The agents handle the cross-tool coordination that humans were doing manually.
